Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1/2 recipe Deep-Dish Pate Brisee
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 ounces) Libby's 100 percent pure pumpkin
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk, preferably Nestle Carnation
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese and Arugula

Directions In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente

- 3/4 pound gemelli or other short pasta
