Ingredients
- 2 C vanilla soy milk
- 2/3 C water
- 1/3 C pumpkin puree
- 3 1/2 T sugar
- 4 heaping t espresso powder
- 2 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t vanilla extract

Step 1
In small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes. Serve immediately.
