- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up

Spiced Pork Rib Roast with Seasonal Vegetables

Directions 1. Brush pork roast with the olive oil, using enough to coat well
- 1 4 - 6 pound pork center rib roast (about 8 ribs)
- 1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 recipe Coriander-Bay Spice Rub
- 3 - 4 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
- 4 ears of fresh sweet corn, cut into sections
- 1 - 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, stem ends trimmed
- Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Zucchini Bread

- 2 2/3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 3 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour ( if using self-rising flour, omit baking soda, salt and baking powder)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts - optional
- 2/3 cup raisins- optional

- 4 cups tomato juice
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
