Ingredients

    lb ground meat

  • 1

    jar (about 30 oz) spaghetti sauce

  • 1/2

    tsp Oregano

  • 1

    lb cottage cheese

  • 1

    egg

  • 2 1/2

    cups grated mozzarella cheese

  • lasagna noodles

  • 2/3

    cup water

Directions

Brown meat and drain Combine meat, spaghetti sauce and oregano in medium bowl. In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Cover bottom of pan with meat mixture, then add layer of lasagna noodles. Next add layer of cheese mixture and repeat all three layers. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese to top of lasagna and pour 2/3 cup water around outside edge of pan. Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Let stand 20 min to thicken before serving.
