Orange Cream Cheese Biscuits

Heat oven to 400 F. Mix Bisquick, orange peel and orange juice until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds
- 3 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- Sugar
Roasted Roma Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil, and coat lightly with some of the olive oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Note: Both the tomatoes and the lentils can be prepared ahead of time
- Oil or spray for the pan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cups minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup minced roasted tomatoes (see note) or 1 cup diced canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 cups well-cooked lentils (see note)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Pitted, sliced green olives (optional garnish)
