- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp light cream or half and half
- Chocolate sprinkles, crushed
- Candy canes or finely chopped pecans
Warm Washington Red Potato Salad

- 2 medium portobello mushrooms, stemmed
