- 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 6 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves,minced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t chili powder
- 1 t italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup cheddar or mozerella cheese
- 1 tube refrigerator thin crust pizza
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 t each garlic salt & italian seasoning
LASAGNA

Brown meat, drain and add sauce & Italian Seasoning
- 2 26 oz jars of sauce
- 1.5 lb Ground beef
- 1.5 lb italian sausage
- 9 Lasagna Noodles
- 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 8-12 oZ Ricotta Cheese
- Parsley, Salt & Pepper
- 2 Eggs

- 1/2 cup diced pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup grated pecorino Romano
- 2 scallions, diced

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons pear brandy (recommended: Poire William)
- 2 to 3 firm but ripe Bartlett pears
- Confectioners' sugar
