THREE BEAN SALAD

DRAIN AND RINSE BEANS. MIX OIL, VINEGAR, SUGAR, SALT & PEPPER
- 1 CAN GREEN BEANS - CUT
- 1 CAN WAX BEANS - CUT
- 1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS
- 1 CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP VINEGAR
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP OIL
- SALT & PEPPER
Caramel Apple Pear Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch or tapioca starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup store-bought dulce de leche, plus more for garnish
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large or 2 small d'Anjou pears
- 1 baked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust, recipe follows, or store bought
- 1/2 cup dried apple slices
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Pork Tenderloin Medallions With Marsala Wine Sauce

Slice the pork crosswise, about 3/4 to 1-inch in thickness
- 1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 pounds
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Breakfast Casserole with Bacon
