- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

- 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Cream Cheese Apple Bread

Preheat oven 350 degrees F
- For the Bread
- 2 Apples
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 Cup flour – I used Whole Wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning (or cinnamon & nutmeg)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted (salted or unsalted)
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Biscoff® Spread
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups quick oats* Note: Do not use old-fashioned whole oats oats in this cookie recipe. You need quick oats, which are more finely ground (and smaller) whole oats.

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 3-4 cups blackberries (I used fresh - not sure how frozen would work)
