Spray 9 x 13-inch pan. Press crescent rolls into bottom of pan
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 jar real bacon bits
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese

Combine flour and salt, make a well
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 T. milk
Veggie Pork Dinner

Wash and peel the potato. Cut into small pieces and place into a saucepan
- 1 small baking potato
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup cooked pork, chopped
Gingerbread Pumpkin Dip

Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended
- 1-3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed
Morning Glory Muffins

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir in oats
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/3 c nonfat skim milk
- 2/3 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c molasses
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 c grated carrots
- 1/2 c diced prunes
Easy Cheese Chicken

Wash chicken; pat dry. In a bowl, combine crushed crackers, herbs and Parmesan cheese
- 8 to 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T. margarine
- 3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

- 10 oz. shredded cheese
- 10 oz. frozen spinach

- 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 T. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softenend
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
