Diabetic Orange Chiffon Cheesecake

Spray a 9-inch pan with Pam
- Crust:
- 2 c. graham crakcer crumbs
- 1 stick diet stick margarine
- Orange Filling:
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 12 oz. low-calorie cream cheese (neufchatel), softened
- 2 med. oranges, peeled and seeded (about 1 c.)
- 1 c. part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 18 packets Equal
- 1 packet low calorie whipped topping mix
Hot Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 4 1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped finely
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Combine all ingredients
- 2 tbsp Just Peachy Puree
- 2 tbsp Sparkling Pear Puree
Orange Sliced Oatmeal Raisin Cokkies

In small bowl, combine orange juice and raisins; let stand overnight
- 3/4 c. Sun-Maid raisins
- 3 T. orange juice or orange flavored liqueur
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. white chocolate baking chips
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 tsp. oil
Simple Breakfast Casserole

In a greased 9x13-inch pan, put 5 slices torn into small pieces
- 5 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- Pinch of pepper
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 c. teriyaki
- 2 lb. meat
- 1 c. Worcestershire Sauce

Brown onions and ground beef, drain
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 qt. whole cooked tomatoes
- 2 lb. good ground beef
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 (1 lb) box cooked spaghetti
- water

Cook on medium heat for 8 hours and serve in crock pot
- 5 lb arm roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- 2 bay leaves

- 1 lb. mozzarella
- Pepper to taste
