Mouthwatering Peach-Avocado Mash

Combine all ingredients and mash with a fork until smooth
- 2 tbsp Just Peachy Puree **
- 2 tbsp mashed avocado
Salsa

Boil jalapeno in water for 10 minutes
- 12 oz. fresh jalapeno
- 2-24 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 med. onion, diced
- Salt
Hamburger Casserole

Mix hamburger, onion and soup; press into the bottom of a greased casserole dish
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Tator Tots
Homer Park Cake

- 2 c. sugar
- 3 T. cocoa
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 4 egg whites (beaten)
- 1 c. black walnuts
- 1 c. butter
- 1 T. hot water
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Garlic Honey Brie Appetizer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 13 oz wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. minced garlic
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced almonds
- 1 bag toasted French bread slices or bagel chips
Beefy Peas and Potatoes

- 1 small baking potato
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup cooked lean ground beef
Chicken Salad

- 1 c buttermilk baking mix
- 1/4 c water
