Chicken with Watercress Salad

- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for grill
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 to 8 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 bunches watercress, thick stems trimmed
- 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 1 1 TBs red wine or red cooking wine
- 3 3 3 chicken breast halves
- 1 1 1 package wide egg noodles
- 2 2 2 cups whole grain white rice
- 1 1 1 package Chow Mein noodles
- 2 2 2 pints sour lean or sour cream
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp nutmeg for each stroganoff
- 6 6 6 cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup - (or sneak in a can of cream of mushroom in the beef and if you think mom won't notice you would be wrong)
- Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- Lawry's Seasoned salt
- Cracked pepper

- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup shredded zucchini, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
