Traditional lasagna, serve with a Caesar salad and garlic bread
- 1 1 1 medium onion
- 3 3 3 Tbs Canola oil
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 2 2 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 8 2 8 2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 6 1 6 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C dry red wine
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C water
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 Tbs oregano
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1 package 1 large package lasagna noodles
- 1 1 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 1 1 1 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1 1 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 - 1 small package regular or turkey pepperoni

- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Kasseri or provolone cheese
