Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 10x 13 inch pan

- 1 marble cake mix
- ingredients to prepare the cake mix
- 2 1b ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Frosting:
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 sm package of instant choc. pudding
- 1 c milk
Peanut Butter Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package butter cake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Vanilla Glaze

In bowl, beat all ingredients with spoon or wire whisk until smooth
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1-2 tbsp hot watter
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375F Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar in mixer until it's light and fluffy
- 1 c butter (2 sticks)
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 oz (2 cups) semi-sweet chips
