Almond Coconut Protein Cookies

These almond coconut cookies are packed with protein—a great post-workout snack or even morning treat
- 1/2 cup almond meal flour
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons coconut nectar
- 1/2 cup egg whites
Easy Ramen

1. In a large soup pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 bunches scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2-inch piece ginger, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 12 ounces dried ramen noodles (available in Asian markets and specialty grocery stores)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or coconut oil
- 1 pint cremini mushrooms, sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup steamed spinach (from about 5 cups raw)
- 4 eggs, poached
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
doTERRA Essential Hair Wax

1. Combine all ingredients, except for essential oils, into a glass container
- .75 ounces beeswax
- .5 ounce shea butter
- .75 ounces Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 10 drops Rosemary essential oil
- Tip: For harder hair wax, use 1 ounce of beeswax and .5 ounces of Fractionated Coconut Oil. For softer hair wax, use .75 ounces of shea butter and 1 ounce of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

- 2 cups vanilla flaxmilk
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1. PUT honey and nut butter in small saucepan over medium heat
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 c any nut butter
- 1 c crispy brown rice cereal
- 1 c granola or plain rolled oats
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 1/2 c chopped dried cherries or apricots
Capellini with Pine Nuts, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Chicken

1. Prepare pasta per package directions without adding salt
- Capellini with Pine Nuts, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Chicken
- 4 oz whole wheat capellini or angel hair pasta
- 3 oz dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4-1/2 tsp red-pepper flakes
- 1/4 c sliced fresh basil
- 1/2 c pine nuts, toasted (MUFA)
- 2 drops Oregano Essential Oil
- Top with grated Asiago cheese with Rosemary & Olive Oil (Trader Joes)
Vegetable and Whole Wheat Pasta Toss

- 22 yellow squash, sliced
- 22 zucchini, sliced
