- 1 pound unsalted butter
- 1 pound plus 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 6 extra-large eggs
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until just crisp-tender about 4 minutes
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans
- 3 ears corn
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, each halved
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients together
- 1 Devils food or chocolate fudge cake mix
- 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup hot coffee or water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup white rice
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tsps ground cumin

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a dry paper towel
- 5 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 5 ounces fresh portobello mushrooms
- 5 ounces fresh cremini (or porcini) mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 sprig fresh thyme plus 1 teaspoon minced thyme leaves, divided
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups chopped leeks, white and light green parts (2 leeks)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup heavy cream

Mix all ingredients except lamb chops
- 1 Tablespoon fresh mint chopped
- 1 Tablespoon grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon coarse-grained mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 lamb loin chops

- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
- 2 sheets (1 box) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan, cut sides up, in a single layer
- 12 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup good olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 10 large fresh basil leaves, julienned
