  • 1/2 lb. butter, softened
  • 1/2 C. parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 T. black pepper
  • 8-10 anchovies, minced
  • 4 10 oz. New York Steaks

  • FRY IN 2 T. OLIVE OIL:
