- 6 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/4 cups chopped celery stalks
- 1 bag (12 oz) Green Giant ® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 1/2 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 1/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
Homemade Tomato Sauce

1.Pour the olive oil into a large stockpot over medium heat
- 5 pounds of fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded (to peel, cut a small “x” on the top and drop in to boiling water for 10 seconds and drop in to an ice bath. Skin will easily peel off)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or tallow)
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 8 cloves of fresh garlic (or more to taste), finely minced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried oregano)
- 2 bay leaves (remove when done)
- 2 sprigs of parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 carrot (1/2 should be grated and added to sauce, the other half should be added at the end of cooking and then removed)
- 1 tablespoon honey

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and taco seasoning until blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened or cubed), softened
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 8 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup finely chopped ripe olives

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice from one lemon
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin for even cooking
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, approximately (for dredging the chicken)
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tomatoes, sliced to 1/4" thickness
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tablespoons fresh basil, more if desired
- More Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Optional: Add some toasted pine nuts at serving
