HEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare Dinner as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
Easy Cheesy Frittata

HEAT oven to 350°F. BEAT whole eggs, egg whites and water with whisk in medium bowl until blended
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon or OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Easy Mac and Cheese Muffins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Crockpot Tamale Pie Recipe

In skillet, cook ground beef until crumbly; drain well
- 1 pound lean ground beef - ground round, sirloin, etc.
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 envelope of chili seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 (14.5 ounces) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (12 to 16 ounces) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 1/2 cups grated Mexican blend of cheeses
Chicken Empanadas

Heat olive oil over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 3 chiles, chopped (seeds can be removed for less hot filling)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper to taste

PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY

Slice uncooked steak into thin slices across the grain
- 1 1/2 inch thick beef steak, any kind (16-24 oz.)
- 2-3 bell peppers, any color
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 hot pepper (depending upon heat desired)
- 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Wondra (or other flour)
- 3 tablespoons red wine
- 1 bouillon cube or teaspoon of beef flavored soup base (optional)
- salt or soy sauce (if desired)
- pinch of red pepper flakes, to taste
