  • 11/2 TB. baking powder
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 7-oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 oz. fire-roasted canned green chiles (regular canned chilies are okay if that is what you have)
  • 1/2 Cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar-Jack cheese
  • 1 /2 lb. butter, 2 sticks, room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
