Combine first 6 ingredients and then mix in nuts to coat
- To make 16 cups:
- 3 tbsp. honey

- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups unsalted nuts (whole, halves)
- 1 1/2 cups honey

- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sliced pepperoncini, optional

- 3 cups canola oil
- 1 package wonton wrappers, halved

- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped ginger

- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce (found in the Asian food section)
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 11/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

- 2 ounces 100% agave tequila (like Milagro Silver)
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- juice of 1/2 lime
