Ingredients

  • 3

    tbsp. honey

  • 1 1/2

    tbsp. sugar

  • 1

    tbsp. melted butter

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. cayenne

  • 1/2

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 2

    cups unsalted nuts (whole, halves)

  • To make 16 cups:

  • 1 1/2

    cups honey

  • 3/4

    cup sugar

  • 3/4

    cup melted butter

  • 4

    tsp. salt

  • 4

    tsp. cayenne

  • 4

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 16

    cups unsalted nuts

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients and then mix in nuts to coat. Scrap mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 pan (if making larger recipe, this would be 8 pans equivalent). Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Scrape nuts into a buttered piece of foil and let cool. Break apart.
