In a blender combine peaches, mango, and nectar
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
- 1 cup sliced mango
- 1/4 cup apricot or peach nectar
- 1 6 ounce carton plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or flax seed meal
- 2 teaspoons honey
Szechuan Wrapped Shrimp
