Line cookie sheets with silpat baking mats or parchment paper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup cane sugar (also called turbinado or sugar in the raw)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts(or pistachios?), finely crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Peach Banana Spinach Smoothie

- LEMON OLIVE OIL DRESSING
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil or lemon oil
