Great cake for Strawberry Shortcake
- 3 C sugar
- 3 C flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 C shortening (use 2 sticks margarine & 1/2 C shortening)
- 1 C milk
- 1 t van x
- 1 t almond flovoring
- 3 t baking powder
