Heat oven to 375. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves & nuts
- 2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t ground cloves
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C veg. oil
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 C applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1 C grated carrots
- 1/4 C golden raisins
- Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/2 C 10x
Commissionry Carrot Cake

- Pecan Cream Filling:
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- 6 oz (3/4 C) unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 C chopped pecans
- 2 t van x
- Carrot cake:
- 1 1/4 C oil
- 2 C sugar
- 2 C flour
- 2 t cinnamon
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 C grated carrot carrots
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 C raisins
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz soft unsalted butter
- 1 1 lb box 10 x sugar
- 1 t van x
- 4 oz shredded coconut (1 1/2 C)
Pizza dough

dissolve yeast in warm water mix reamaining ingredients in mixer w/ dough hook; add yeast mixture
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 C warm water
- 2 C flour*
- 2 T to 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 2 t sugar**
- *can sub whole wheat flour 2 cups and add 1 C all purpose flour
- **can sub 1 T honey for sugar
Pearls and Chocolate Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 2/3 C cocoa
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 C (2 sticks) butter, soft
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2/3 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 (10 oz) treasures white chips
Cheese Cake (Aunt Ludge's)

Press crust mixture into bottom of glass pan using well floured hands! Cream cream cheese & sugar well
- Mix crust ingredients in 9x13 Pyrex glass baking dish.
- 1/4 lb melted butter, cooled
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 C flour
- Filling
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1 t van x
- Pineapple topping
- 1/3 C sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 (20 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t butter
Cheese Fondue

Heat all except cheese; add cheese
- 3 C Cheddar cheese
- 1 C beer
- 1/2 T worchestshire
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 crushed clove of garlic
- 1 1/2 T flour

- 12 ozs frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed small)
- 12 ozs orange juice concentrate (frozen orange juice concentrate thawed small)
- 12 ozs limeade concentrate (frozen, thawed may use 1 small can pineapple juice concentrate thawed)
- 2 liters ginger ale (chilled)
- 2 liters champagne (chilled)

- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. butter/margarine, melted
