- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 whole large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Scant 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Scant 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 6 medium red or purple plums, sliced (about 5 cups)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

In a skillet cook beef, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic until beef is no longer pink
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- half on onion chopped
- 1 can of mushroom soop
- 1 can of water
- 1 can of favorite tomato sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 package of spagetti (8 oz)
- 1 can of mushrooms or fresh chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- garnish with parsley flakes

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food color and egg until soft dough forms

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups mushrooms cut into 1/2-inch-thick dice (about 6 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon cognac
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped mixed fresh tarragon and parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon potato starch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water (see info below)
- 6 artichoke hearts, (see preparation directions below), chokes removed, and kept warm in the broth
