  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon whole wheat or all purpose flour

  • 1 10 oz. packeage thawed
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, diced (1 cup)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (1 tsp.)
  • 1 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • (I've actually only used regularly balsamic vinegar for this recipe, and it's worked out great)
