- 2 Cups Long grain white rice
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Sofrito
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato bouillon w/ chicken flavor

- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
