- 3 eggs (150 g, weighed out of shell) at room temperature, beaten
- 1 tablespoon (21 g) honey

- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (5 ounces) cool water
- Boiling bath (4 cups water + 1 tablespoon Molasses + 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, brought to a boil)

- 1 cup green olives, pitted if needed, and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 of a red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Roasted Potato Garlic Soup with Parsley Oil

Preheat oven to 400F. Scrub potatoes clean and peel; cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 pounds Russet potatoes
- 10 thin slices pancetta or 1/2 cup bacon, finely minced
- 1/2 pound shallots, diced
- 8 medium garlic cloves, peeled and kept whole
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups chicken stock
- Parsley Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 8 oz uncooked Chinese egg noodles
- 1 lb large sea scallops, cut in half horizontally
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 Tbs peanut oil, divided
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
