- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Nutella (see note), plus more to garnish
Herb and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 450F. Sprinkle both sides of thighs with salt and pepper
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- finely grated rind of 1 lemon

- For the custard:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (70% cacao), chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- For the spiced almonds:
- 1/2 cup raw slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream (for garnish)
- Fresh chopped mint (for garnish)

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 4 oz. can blanched almonds
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbs raspberry preserves
El Pollo Loco Marinade

1. Remove stem and seeds from chili and finely mince
- 1 6 oz. can pineapple juice
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 8 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

1. Heat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with release foil or spray with cooking spray
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp water
- 2 Tbs Splenda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp five-spice powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 cup pecan halves

- Ingredients:
- 1 Gluten-Free Pie Crust (double for 2-crust pie)
- 1 cup (16 Tbs.) gfJules™ All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour (135 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tbs vegetable or palm shortening
- 3 Tbs butter or non-dairy alternative ( e.g. Green Valley Organics® Lactose Free Butter or vegan Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks)
- 2 Tbs vodka* + 2-4 Tbs cold water (OR 4-6 Tbs. cold water) (add more or less to get the dough to hold together but not be sticky)
- egg wash (1 egg + 1 Tbs. water) OR milk (dairy or non-dairy) for brushing on crust
- vodka helps to further tenderize the pastry dough and the alcohol bakes off, leaving no flavor

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup melted butter or non-dairy substitute (Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks)
- 2 2 to 8 8 9-inch frozen berries, other sliced fruits, or rhubarb + berries (enough to cover the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish or 9-inch pie plate)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup granulated cane sugar (use less if your fruit is already very sweet and ripe)
- 1 1 to Tbs. cinnamon, optional (I like extra cinnamon on peaches; feel free to omit for berry cobbler)
