- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (evoo), plus more for drizzeling
- Steak seasoning blend, such as Montreal Seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

SAUSAGE LINGUINE PIE

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare linguine according to package directions; drain

Salmon Tandoori with Yogurt Sauce

1. Cut the salmon in cubes and cover them with the tandoori spices
- Tandoori spice:
- 12 cubes of 1 oz of fresh salmon
- 1 1/2 ActiFry spoons of tandoori spices
- 3 yogurt (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cucumber, seeded
- 4 g of green chilli pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 small tomato, seeded
- 1/2 tsp of cumin (powder)
- 30 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Herbed Cornish Hens

1 Heat oven to 350º. Rub cavities of hens with salt and pepper

In a wide frying pan over medium heat cook the onions in butter for 10 minutes
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 small tortilla, flour, about 6"
- 2 small cans green enchilada sauce (about 500 mL)
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.

- Green onions (green stems only)
- Hot peppers, or hot sauce to taste
