- 3 CUPS SUGAR, 1 CUP WHITE CORN SYRUP, 1/2 CUP WATER, 3-4 CUPS OF RAW PEANUTS, 1 1/2 - 2 TEASPOONS SODA, 1/2 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOON VANILLA, 1 TEASPOON BUTTER.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar

- 1 cup chopped pecans
