Peanut Butter Brownies

One bowl bar brownie cookie
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips

Terrific coffee or dessert cake with some oreos throughout!
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk*
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 30 + coarsely chopped sandwich cookies (Oreos)
