Potato Pancakes

Assemble blender. Put eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup potato cubes into blender container

- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 C. cubed raw potatoes

- 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions 1. Combine everything but carrots and parsley in slow cooker and stir to mix
