Erika's Beef Goulash

Cook until tender, approx 2 hours
- 5 lbs beef or chicken
- 6 small onions, chopped fine
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 3 heaping tsp paprika
- 3 heaping tsp Vegeta
- Water to cover all ingredients with a little excess over.
- 3-4 potatoes
Saucy Asparagus

In a 2 qt saucepan over med heat, combine soup & milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Asparagus Soup
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen asparagus
- Season to your liking....garlic, pepper salt
Broccoli Salad

Mix dressing first. Let set
- Dressing:
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 heads broccoli cut into small pieces
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 lb bacon, fried & crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Chicken Parmesan Baked Pasta

- whole peeled tomatoes
- olive oil
- garlic cloves
- dried oregano
- crushed red pepper flakes
- kosher salt
- water
- low sodium chicken broth
- pasta
- grated parmesan cheese
- black pepper
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- fresh basil
Savory Meat Loaf & Roasted Potatoes

Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef & 1/2 can onions, egg, Worcestershire thoroughly
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can (2.8 oz) Durkee Onions
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 8 medium potatoes cut into quarters
Candied Yams

Heat oven to 350. Place drained yams in ungreased 2 qt casserole dish
- 40 oz can of yams drained
- 1/2 cup firmly packet brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Overnight French Toast Casserole

Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan, add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8-12 pieces of bread (enough for 2 layers, depends on size of bread)
- 8-9 eggs
- 1 3/4 - 2 cups milk
- Pinch of salt
Cheesy Baked Asparagus

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine asparagus, process cheese spread & 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 lbs frozen asparagus thawed & cut into thirds
- 1/2 lb pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted, divided
- 1 cup buttery cracker crumbs
Grandma Rose's Banana Bread

Beat together margarine, sugar & eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 bananas mashed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 chopped walnuts
Bacon Ranch Dip

- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
