Cheesy Baked Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs frozen asparagus thawed & cut into thirds
- 1/2 lb pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted, divided
- 1 cup buttery cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine asparagus, process cheese spread & 1/4 cup butter. Spoon mixture into a 10 x 6 baking dish.
Toss together cracker crumbs & remaining 2 tbsp butter. Sprinkle evenly over asparagus. Bake for 3-35 min or until vegs are soft & cheese is melted.
