Cheesy Rice & Broccoli

Grease casserole dish, mix all ingredients, broccoli last, bake covered 350 for 30 min
- 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
- 2 cans of cream soup (mushroom, chicken, etc)
- 8 oz cheeze whiz (or velveeta)
- 1 lb frozen broccoli (thawed)
- 1 stick melted margarine
Pistachio bundt cake

Mix together, beat for 4 minutes
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup clear soda pop
Green Bean, Corn, Vegtable Casserole

Combine 1st 9 ingredients
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 can French green beans drained
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Seasoning
- 1/2 box Ritz crushed
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Crispy Chicken with Asparagus Sauce

In a pie plate, dip chicken in egg & coat with bread crumbs
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts or 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbs veg oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Asparagus Soup
- 1/3 cup each milk & water
- Hot cooked rice or noodles
Crabmeat Dip

Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour
- 2 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 8 oz Kemps crab meat
- 1 Tbl mustard
- 1 Tbl sugar
White Chicken Chili

Saute garlic & onion until onions are clear
- 2 lbs. cooked chopped chicken
- 6 lbs of Great Northern Beans
- 5 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 yellow onions finely chopped
- 1 small can chopped green chilis
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup jalapenos chopped
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbl cumin
- 1 tbl Tabasco
- 1 tbl Worchestershire
- 1 16 oz can chopped tomatoes, drained
- 2 tsp oregano
- cilantro to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
Artichoke Dip

Mix above & put in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & paprika
- 1 can artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 pkg dry zesty Italian Dressing Mix
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Chicken Salad

- 1 bunch celery (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 5 green onions (sliced or chopped)
- 1 large can sliced black olives
- 3/4 quart mayo
- 5 chicken breasts
- 10-12 oz can crunchy chow mein noodles
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 oz slivered almonds
- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Bite Size Taco Turnovers

For filling: Cook ground beef in a small skillet until brown
- 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 10oz package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup shredded american or cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water
Pumpkin Bars

Mix the first 5 ingredients well
- Frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- (microwave to soften)
