Overnight French Toast Casserole

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8-12 pieces of bread (enough for 2 layers, depends on size of bread)
  • 8-9 eggs
  • 1 3/4 - 2 cups milk
  • Pinch of salt



Step 1

Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan, add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir. Layer bread on mixture. Beat eggs and salt together in separate bowl, then add milk; pour over bread. Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Uncover and bake 350 degree for 45 min. Cut into pieces and serve upside down.
