- 12 1⁄2 lbs beef brisket
- 6 ounces your favorite barbecue rub
Dog Biscuits

Combine flour, milk powder, oats, cornmeal and sugar in medium bowl
- Ingredients:
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- .5 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Muscle milk
- .5 c. quick cooking rolled oat, home made Museli
- .25 c. yellow corn meal , i:>
- 1 tsp sugar
- .33 c. vegetable oil .
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. instant chicken or beef bouillon granules.
Lasagna Pea and Artichoke

Preheat oven to 400. Oil 13x9x2 baking dish
- 2 8oz. packages frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 15oz. ricotta
- 1 lb frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup parmesan
- 2 large eggs
- Salt
- No boil lasagna noodles
- 4 cups grated mozzarella
Brisket of Beef

Heat the oven to 350°F. Lightly dust the brisket with flour, then sprinkle with pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 300ºF. 2 In a bowl, mix together the barbeque sauce, soy sauce, and water
- 3 to 4 lbs of a brisket cut of beef
- 3/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup of water

Great for summer gatherings
- 7 bottles red wine
- (I used Casa Tempranillo from Spain)
- 6 lemons
- 6 oranges
- 6 limes
- 2 cans pineapple diced with juice
- 1 frozen strawberry daquari concentrate
- 2 jars maraschino cherries (important ingredient that makes a difference)
- 1/2 cup triple sec for each bottle of wine
- 1/4 cup cherry brandy per bottle of wine
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar for each bottle of wine (optional) I used less
- 1 2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale
LASAGNE

In large pot combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, onion salt, oregano, pepper and simmer
- 2 cans Italia style DICED tomatoes In a water like juice
- 4 8oz. tomato sauce
- 2 tea salt
- 2 tea onion salt
- 1 tbls oregano
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1/3 salad oil
- 2 cups minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 2 lbs. Sausage meat out of casing
- 2 tea salt
- 1 lb. No bake lasagna noodles ( only one box per pan)
- 1 1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
