- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup romano cheese
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- sandwiches:
- 2 tablespoons softened butter for spreading
- 4 slices seedy whole grain bread (or your favorite bread)
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, freshly grated
- 2 ounces provolone cheese, freshly grated

Spread the mushroom slices in a single layer in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 cup crimini mushrooms, sliced into 1/4" thick slices
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Bourbon Cherry and Cacao Nib Heat a large skillet over medium heat
- Ice cream Base:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract OR 1 vanilla bean, seeds removed
- Bourbon Cherry and Cacao Nib:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted + halved
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 cup cacao nibs (or mini chocolate chips)
- Blackberry Lavender
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- 2 pints fresh blackberries
- Sea Salt, Honey and Dark Chocolate Chunk:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

For the Banana Sour Cream Bundt Cake: Center a rack in the oven and preheat to 350 (F)

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups very ripe bananas (see baker's notes — I used about 4 medium bananas)
