Preheat the oven to 350°
- CRUST:
- 1 1/2 cups fine graham cracker crumbs (about 7 ounces)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- FILLING AND TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 medium bananas, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish

For the dough: Heat the water and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until butter has melted
- FOR THE DOUGH:
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons fine salt
- Pinch paprika
- 2 3/4 cups (12.4 ounces) flour
- FOR THE BEEF FILLING:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled and minced
- 1 small red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese, cold and cut into small cubes
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons ice cold water
- filling:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar (granulated is fine)
- 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon white sanding sugar
