  • Zest of 1/2 Lemon plus the juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Loaf eureka! Saaa-Wheat Organic Bread, crusts removed if desired

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 2″ pieces

  • 1 1/2 t. Vanilla
