Sweet Pepper and Provolone Grilled Cheese Recipe

Place all 8 pieces of bread on a work surface and top each with one slice of BelGioioso provolone cheese
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 8 slices BelGioioso Provolone Cheese
- 12 slices prosciutto
- 16 jarred sweet cherry peppers, stems removed and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Banana Dream Cake

Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C)
- For the cake:
- 1 cup mashed over ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 1/8 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz applesauce
- 1 cup whole milk
- For the frosting:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 12 oz (1 1/2 packages) cream cheese, softened
- 5 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Sweet-Potato Pancakes with Honey-Cinnamon Butter

1. Beat together the butter, honey, and cinnamon until smooth
- For the honey-cinnamon butter:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For the sweet-potato pancakes:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk, plus more if necessary
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup store-bought pancake mix
- 1 small pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 small sweet potato, boiled, peeled, and mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
Garlicky Avocado Grilled Cheese with Tomato Pesto

In a small bowl, combine the butter, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, dried thyme and mash together
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 slices whole wheat white bread, or bread of your choice
- 1 tablespoon sun dried tomato pesto
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 4-5 slices provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Caramel Peach Upside-Down Cake

Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- Caramel Peaches:
- Softened unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 6 whole allspice berries, optional
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 large ripe peaches (about 1 pound)
- Cake:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fine ground white cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), at room temperature
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature

- For the cupcakes:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Meyer lemon juice, divided
- 1 tbsp Meyer lemon zest
- For the buttercream:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup raspberry jam
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk
Raspberry Swirled Cheesecake Cupcakes

For the crust: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Crust:
- 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs (from 7 full sheets)
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 1 /2 Tbsp salted butter, melted
- Raspberry Swirl:
- 4 oz fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- Cheesecake filling:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened well but not melted
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Black Forest Cupcakes

To make the crust, preheat oven to 325 degrees
- For the crust:
- 12 Oreos
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salted butter, melted
- For the cheesecake:
- 5 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled slightly
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- For the topping:
- Cherry pie filling
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- Finely chopped or shaved chocolate, for garnish (optional)
Chicken in Basil Cream Sauce

Optional: I like to pound and flatten the chicken out a little so it cooks evenly throughout
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 chicken breasts cut into halves (8 pieces)
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- cake:
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix
- 1 small (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding (unprepared)
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (may sub sour cream)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup cinnamon toast crunch cereal, crushed
- cinnamon swirl:
- 1/2 up white sugar
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- icing:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- milk, as needed
