Peanut Butter Pie (My Favorite)

Whisk milk and pudding in a bowl for two minutes
- 1 3/4 Cup Cold Milk
- 1 Package (1 oz) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 Cups Cool Whip
Parmesan Puff Pastry (Paula Deen)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 (17.3 oz) Package of Frozen Puff Pastry Shells, Thawed
- 1 cup Parmesan, Freshly Grated
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup of Butter
Potato Soup, Loaded

Cooking Time: 5 Hours and 20 minutes
- Toppings:
- Good—try to make thicker!
- 4 Lbs New Potatoes, Peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 28 Oz of Chicken Broth
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Pint Half and Half
- Cheddar Cheese
- Bacon Bits
Rugelach (Jewish Cookies)

Prep Time: Active time—40 minutes, 10 hours with chill time
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C plus 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 C apricot preserves or raspberry jam
- 1 C loosely packed golden raisins, chopped (dried cherries or cranberries?)
- 1 1/4 C walnuts (1/4 lb), finely chopped
- Milk for brushing cookies
- Special Equipment: Parchment Paper, Small Offset Spatula

- 3/4 C Butter, Softened
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TBS Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/4 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 3.4oz box of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/4 C Mini Reeses Cups (cut in half) Movie sized bag
- 1 C Reeses Pieces
Manicotti (Aunt Dorothy)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil shells
- ground meat
- manicotti shells
- 1 egg
- parmesan cheese
- cottage cheese
- mozzarella cheese

Pot Roast, Crock Pot

Place roast in pot. Mix and sprinkle all three mixes over the roast
- 1 Roast that fits in your crock pot
- 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Package Italian Dressing mix
- 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
- 1/2 cup of water (or more)
Thumbprint Cookies

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup margarine
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cheesecake No Bake

LEAVE cream cheese out for 2 hours to soften!!! In a mixing bowl, mix all before mentioned ingredients
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8-ounce tub of cool whip
- 1/3 cup of lemon or lime juice
