- 2 cups Egg Creations™ Garden Vegetable, well shaken 500 mL
- 1/2 cup 2 % milk 125 mL
- 1 pkg McCain Breakfast Potatoes, Diced Vegetable Hashbrowns 600 g
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion 75 mL

- Scones:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1 large egg
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- Spiced Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Original recipe makes 1 punch bowl
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 quarts milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Easy Weeknight Tortellini Soup

1. Heat olive oil in large soup pot over medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 lg. Yellow onion, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 lg. Carrot, chopped finely (about 1 cup)
- 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 lb. Andouille sausage, diced
- 1 cloves Garlic (10 gm), minced
- 1 bunch Collard greens (100 gm), washed, stem removed & leaves chopped
- 32 oz. Beef broth
- 10 oz. Tortellini (cheese or spinach)
- 3 Tbsp. Brandy (or wine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Parmigiano reggiano, grated

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt (adjust the salt to your family’s taste-I only use 1 tsp.)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 &1/2 cups chopped onions (about 2 small onions)

- 4 cups cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
