Rachael's Mac n Cheese n Burgers

Heat a pot of water to boil for pasta
- Salt
- 1 pound cavatappi (hollow corkscrew pasta) or penne
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 3-4 tablespoons grated onion and its juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (eyeball it)
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- 2 cups whole milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles, for garnish (optional)
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced, for garnish (optional)
Moroccan Chicken Stew

In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker place carrots and onions
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced
- 3 pounds meaty chicken pieces (breast halves, thighs, and drumsticks), skinned
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 1 14 - ounce can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Hot cooked couscous
- Pine nuts, toasted
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Great Grandma's Molasses Cookies

Several generations of my family remember the ever-full cookie jar of these classic cookies
- 1 C White Sugar
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C Crisco
- 1 C Molasses
- 2 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Ginger powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 4 C Flour
- 1/2 C Boiling Water
Slow-Cooked Taco Shredded Beef

- 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (2 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 16 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Sour cream
