- 3 1/4 cups coked orzo
- 1 cup cucumber
- 4 green onions
- 2 cups feta
- 1 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 - 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup mayo
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups pitted sour cherries

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 1 pkg frozen cheese tortellini (10 oz)
- 1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1/2 evaporated milk
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 15 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
Honey Grilled Pork Tenderloins

Trim fat from tenderloins - butterfly by making a lengthwise cut in each, cutting to within 1/4 inch of other side
- 2 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 5 cloves garlic, halved
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 3 TBS honey
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- Vegetable cooking spray
Sticky Pecan Upside Down Cupcakes

1. Heat oven to 350F. Coat 12 extra large muffin cups with non stick spray
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola or corn oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
