- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts trimmed and quartered
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
Mom's Swedish Meatballs

1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients
- Gravy:
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 3/4 cups 2% milk
- 2 cans condensed beef consomme
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt

1. Beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt
- 2 -8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)

1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat an 8 in square baking pan with cooking spray
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 12 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup flour
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Quicker Blue Ribbon Peanut Butter Torte

Grease and flour three 9 inch round baking pans; set aside
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pkg bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cans cream cheese frosting

- 2 lbs lean ground sirloin or ground turkey
- 1 package beef or pork hot dogs, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbs steak seasoning (recommended: Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick)
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 3 tbs dark brown sugar
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can tomato sauce
- 9 soft burger rolls - like at the ballpark
Four Step Lemon-Onion Chicken

1. Season the chicken with the dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small bunch fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- Juice of two lemons
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 bag of spinach
